Canyon Light
Glow in Zion Canyon, the Narrows. First trip here but will be back. All the maples were completely bare - so no a lot of fall color photos from Zion. Hiking the slot canyons and rim trails was amazing. I use my iPhone as a timer and reciprocity calculator so I only took a shot or two with my phone to conserve battery power for all day hikes. According to my spot meter this scene ranged from EV 1 to EV 8. How does the iPhone get all that range? I'm hoping my negatives will capture detail in about 5 1/2 zones. We'll see.
