Brand New Nitto Pearl Stem With Crack 60x Opposite Side

NOTE - Nitto in Japan responded to my email in one day and sent me a replacement stem overnight. This was the best response I've ever seen form a bike component manufacturer!

 

Smaller cracks on opposite side of the stem at 60x magnification with a digital microscope.

 

I sent an email to Nitto in Japan with pictures of the stem. They responded the very next day and I received a replacement stem a few days later. The package contained prepaid shipping to return the defective stem.

 

Nitto is a class operation!
