Folks from Washington Gas have been working on this thing for maybe 1.5 years already. A crew shows up maybe once a week, and a bunch of middle-aged men with goaties and pot bellies wearing safety helmets and goggles will spend a day doing something around this device. And it just keeps getting more and more bells and wistles. This thing is absolutely surreal.
