Reiterating Congress Party's commitment towards all the religious communities, General Secretary Rahul Gandhi inaugurated a memorial dedicated to the ninth Sikh Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur on the Delhi-Haryana border on July 29.
The foundation stone of the Memorial located on the Singhu border of Delhi and Haryana on National Highway 1 had been laid by the Congress President Sonia Gandhi in 2003.
