Best Time on the Bike: two rides... riding with myself just south of Lake George with very pretty views of VT mtns; or when I rode with the Mt Washington Valley Velo group around the White Mtns
Worst Time on the Bike: last fall when I was in taper mode for a marathon, I went out for an early morning 2hr ride and developed tendinitis by the end of it -- that's a ride that will always stick in my head (ie, no marathon!)
My Motto: always take it one step farther -- push the limit
Favorite Post-Ride Food: peanut M&Ms, yum!
