Rust Never Sleeps
A mangled propeller blade from one of the B-36s six radial engines. It was the only one I could find and sits in a boggy area south of the main debris field and east of the two radial engines. The U.S. military salvaged a propeller like this one, refurbished it and mounted it on the northern ridge as a memorial. I like the contrast between the rust and the green of the plantlife around it.
