cabled knee socks

I'm making a hardy attempt to learn how to knit two socks and one time on two circular needles. Along with all the cabling... this is turning out to be an at-home-only project. Oh yeah, I'm cabling without a cable needle so occasionally my hands really hurt if I don't keep my tension loose enough. :)
