IMG_1035 Gumpaste and White Chocolate Shells
My first shell theme cake. The two shells with pearls are gumpaste, the others are white chocolate. The other large shell on the board is a CAKE. I dusted everything with non toxic chalk and then with luster dust. The customer wanted a cake that looked like a clam so I hope that they are happy.... What you you charge for a cake like this, could you give me some ideas. I am sure my price was alittle low. LOL... Its a 6" cake 3 layer then the cake that looks like a clam.
