Intruder Alert

Sometimes, no matter how careful you are at the feeders, some little Brownheaded Nuthatch butinski will show up and try to snatch the suet right from under your tail feathers!

 

This little Downy Woodpecker was determined to stand his ground and never budged. After a few seconds the Nuthatch gave up and took off to one of the other feeders.
