Mandatory Attendance on the Death Star

Just when Stormtrooper Bruce had planned the perfect Movie Night, with an endless supply of movies, food and drinks to last the entire weekend, the announcement was made that this Friday attendance was mandatory, to welcome the newest additions at Palpatine’s notorious Petting Zoo. In a panic, STB reached out to the guys pleading with them to get there early, so they could get “it” over with … and the sooner the better!

 

TK-432: I just don’t get it. Why force everyone to come today?

 

STB: Because the P has strange ideas about what is pettable and what will eat you up. Besides, you know what they say.

 

TK-432: Umm … No, I don’t know.

 

STB: The Force is strong with our Supreme Leader.

 

TK-1110: Dude! You didn’t just go there, did you?!?

 

STB: Sorry, I couldn’t resist. And yes, resistance is futile. But watch out, you two! Don't forget, those bunnies can bite through armor!!

 

TK-432: Any idea what kind of creatures we’re supposed to be welcoming?

 

TK-1110: No idea. But I hope those things at the entranceway aren’t an indication!

 

STB: I’ve got a bad feeling about this. Why is that Super Battle Droid standing in the doorway?

 

TK-432: Probably to make sure no one sneaks in.

 

TK-1110: Hardy har har! So funny I forgot to laugh! Why the P thinks this will be a great way to kick off the summer season is beyond me.

 

STB: Too bad your transporter was delayed. This will probably be three hours we’ll never get back! At least we know we have Movie Night to look forward to, once we get out of here!

 

TK-432: Well, I know one thing … attendance is definitely mandatory to that!

 

TK-1110: So say we all!
