Tis the Season

Tis the season to deck the halls, wrap those presents and mail the Christmas cards. And, yes, that's only the tip of the iceberg of things to do.

 

This morning while having a cup of coffee I decided to grab this shot of our kitchen island. We typically decorate it according to each season and/or holiday as they roll around.

 

Our latest "tradition" is to enjoy a Christmas themed Fortune Cookie as an after-dinner treat. Our fortune cookie container is in good company with a Snowman & Gingerbread Man themed music box snow globe, a cheerful Santa busy baking cookies, and a Santa sleigh filled with ornate ornaments.

Done
