This squirrel was bound and determined to reach that last nut inside the pumpkin.

 

We started a new tradition last year of creating a Harvest Fest of sorts for the backyard wildlife by putting out all kinds of bird friendly and critter friendly treats. And then staging it so we can sit back and enjoy them enjoying it. This year we did it bigger and better.

 

Confession: I went a little overboard on the treats and actually had enough left over for a second weekend.
