The church left is the Holy Assumption cathedral. The church was robbed by French troops in 1812. After the Russian Revolution, the cathedral became the property of the state and was blown up in 1936. Construction of a new Assumption Cathedral began in 2000 and the church was consecrated on 30 September 2011.
