According to the copyright line, I drew this back in the 1990s, though I recall little about the project, which was probably an exercise in simple perspective for an architectural rendering course I took long ago. The space looks like an industrial building interior, adapted for residential or office use. If I recall correctly, many who viewed this drawing told me they liked the sofas, which appeared to be 1960s and 70s retro.
