St Croix River Crossing Loop Trail

After many years of waiting, the new bridge across the St Croix River was built and opened to traffic a couple years ago. The new bridge replaces the old lift bridge that was no longer safe for traffic. The city and county planners restored the old bridge and created a walking and biking trail that connects the bridges and connects Minnesota and Wisconsin. That opened up last year. At long last we hit the perfect day to walk the loop. The views were amazing.
