pressure cooker bread

This slightly odd looking loaf is fresh out of the pressure cooker. We've had a succession of problems with our Mastervolt Mass-Combi inverter/charger. As a result of which I've been unable to use the oven for a spell. Pressure cooker bread has no crust, if you cook it as I do in a stainless steel bowl, within the pressure cooker to avoid burning, but it is surprisingly moist and springy and as tasty as anything to come out of the oven.

Done
