Believe it or not, the background is a sparkly navy blue...be that as it may, Sisters OR is a delightful town of 2000+/- people and the quilting capital of the world. The town is named after the three Sisters mountains, featured in the photo. As the journaling states, I am totally smitten with the place and were I a tad younger, I'd move there in a heartbeat! The photo was taken Sept 2017.
