Certificate of Appreciation
We earned this one for service above and beyond what was reasonable. These certificates were presented to the TSO's of Terminal 2 Baggage, A.M.Shift. Not only did we report to work at 3 A.M. or 4 A.M. during a Chicago winter, we all pulled more than our fare share of the load at O'Hare for a variety of reasons which are too preposterous to mention. We inspected and moved all the baggage on time during the winter holiday season under some pretty bizarre circumstances.
