New Year's Day for these several years involves a trip to Winchester for the Friends of King Alfred Buses Running Day. The first preserved vehicle to grace my lens and thus open my photographic account for 2009 was this Duple Dominant bus-bodied Leyland Leopard PSU3C/4R of 1977 vintage, making characteristic Leyland O.680 snorts and rasps up St Cross Road.
