I had never heard of this particular St. Louis event, but now, I want to come every year, and with Megabus' low fares, it's entirely possible.
Traditionally, the leadoff balloon is the largest, the Energizer bunny. This year, it was inflated so that viewers could take photographs and then deflated. It's truly impressive -- its cotton tail alone was almost as big as the smallest balloons.
