Please. I went without hot water for a MONTH waiting for my current water heater to arrive, because I wanted to install it myself instead of buying Sears installation. I'll live.
Why Sears? The previous Sears water heater lasted 16 years, this one went for 18 years before the current troubles.
And no, I am not signing up for Amazon Prime again, after my previous account got hacked, and the idiot who hacked it tried to buy an $850 iPad. Bless AmEx. Seeing unusual activity on my account, they called me. When I logged into my Amazon account, I found that the idiot had replaced my contact phone number with his (309 area code), which I happily gave to the AmEx customer service person. So, a new AmEx number, and no more Amazon Prime, even if it takes a MONTH for that part to get here.
