Replace the Power Supply in a Graphite Mac G4 #8
I've taken out the VERY sharp-edged fan shroud, which involves getting to two well-hidden screws. A stubby Phillips screwdriver may be useful.
The power supply is held on by two screws (you can see one of the holes where the bracket attaches) and three hex screws on the outside rear. Once those are all loosened and you've pulled the wires out through their openings, you can remove the P.S.
