This is my Victorian doll "Samantha" wearing her first layer of clothing, a chemise (undershirt) & drawers (open at the crotch so they could use the restroom after being fully dressed; basically the drawers were two leg pieces joined at the waist) - she's also wearing sheer silk stockings (hardly visible) & soft-soled dancing slippers
