Radioactive Flood combat form (glows in the dark/ custom) Taking a series 5 flood and giving the armour a shade of sea green paint. Followed up by a black and purple wash. Then given a wash in Phosphorescent paint. As you can see the figure appears pretty normal till placed under Black light or in complete darkness.
