April Showers Raincoat Reflective Piping and Closed Toggle
The piping and toggle backs are made from reflective tape so they glow grey and white alternatively depending on how the light is hitting them. The toggle buttons were purchased wood colored ones that I dry-brushed in turquoise and then sealed with a coat of clear varnish.
