Count Down 09 (20150817, JKG)
Just to reiterate the Challenge layed out by the Drgnmastr was to post as a count down 12 Days of Dahlias. Here is No. 09 and it is called Ferncliff Pink Phasia
All dahlia i have photographed so far have been taken in the early part of the morning with the strong rays of the sun showing the flower as it reaches for those ever heating rays. This particular flower was unable to turn its face into the sun thus allowing for the transparent look on its' petals. I like to think that although it is not as good as some of the earlier photos it makes up of it in its' difference to the others.
