Summer Shromper with and without ruffle

I used the circle skirt tutorial to make a removable ruffled top for a simple jean-look shromper. I have a yellow top cut out as well that can be swapped out.

 

I thought this would give a summer shromper some versatility. Plus, a little extra frill on a baby girl is always welcome, hehe.
