House on the Hill

The now abandoned building project has been very costly. A long all concrete driveway leads to this place. A huge amount of steel was used because of the cyclone rating and now is beginning to rust. It will have to be demolished before anyone else could build. Plans were for a swimming pool on the third storey. This is a case of "make sure you have the total finance before you begin."
