Flag Day
I was originally going to call this "Irish American" but that would have been 'somewhat' clichéd (not that 'Flag Day' is a wonderful title or anything!).

Over the weekend, the tall ship 'Bounty', visited Cobh in Cork Harbour.
This vessel was purpose-built in 1960 for the Marlon Brando / Trevor Howard film 'Mutiny on the Bounty'. (The original 'HMS Bounty' was burned by the mutineers in Pitcairn Island).
The helm on this vessel is same one as used in the 1935 Charles Laughton / Clark Gable film of the same name.
More recently, this ship was used in the Johnny Depp movie series 'Pirates of the Caribbean'.
** Tragically, the HMS Bounty was lost 90 miles off the coast of North Carolina on the 29th of October, 2012, during Hurricane Sandy, with the loss of two lives.
