Cloverdale Post Office - Half a Century Later
The same building 50 years later. It is no longer a post office. It is now Back Country Café & Espresso.

Cloverdale still has a post office just a little ways down the road and on the opposite side of the street – in fact, I parked there to take this photo.
The post office building, two houses and the church still exist from the original photo. The post office building lost a street-side door and a chimney and gained a satellite dish. The siding looks like it could still be original. The two houses and the church have not changed much at all.

This is in the nice little town of Cloverdale, Oregon near the Oregon Coast. One day, some years back, Old White Truck had its fuel pump die on a logging road up in the woods and the repair shop in Cloverdale sent up a tow truck to find us. Then they obtained a replacement pump from Tillamook and had us back on our vacation the next day. I highly recommend them.
