The First to Go

6903 leads a w/b at Devore, CA late in the afternoon on Dec. 6, 1970. Built in July 1969, 6903 would not survive to see its 5th birthday as it was wrecked near Cajon in April 1974 and scrapped. Thus it was the first of the 6900's to exit the roster, still a toddler so to speak.
