Monterey - Army Language School (1958)

The Russian language area of the Army Language School, Presidio of Monterey, in 1958. The low buildings in the foreground had classrooms. The buildings in the background were barracks. The Army Language School (Defense Language Institute since 1963) is still in Monterey, but I understand tha all of the buildings have been replaced.
