Goldsmiths MA in Research Architecture 08 Individual presentations. Manuel’s work explores the relation between two types of practices: financial management in the City of London and routines of cleanliness on various scales and locations — from the body of the worker through the office to the urban environment. The work investigates a number of the agents and characters -- high skilled finance professionals and office cleaners. Cleanliness is articulated in its economical value and through the personal conditions under its regime of hygiene.
