Made by the Victor X-Ray Corporation, Chicago, Illinois, and intended for use in a doctor's office, this monster dates from just after 1900. The motor has exposed, external brushes, as well as fully exposed 110 volt thumb-screw connectors, attaching the cord. Probably not OSHA approved, but a very powerful vibrator.
