Burn

One of the main characters in my series, Crash and Burn. :S I really don't like this pic... I should do another one... perhaps later =]

 

Anyways, Billie Burn was pretty much a normal kid before he and his best friend, Crash, were bitten by a vampire. After surviving the attack, the two boys left town. Billie, being an intelligent boy, concocted a serum which would stall the effects of the bite.

The serum worked well for both boys; for awhile. Crash soon became immune and went through with the transformation. Billie, however, continued to take the serum and managed to stall it for two years.

After Crash's body count rises, Billie decides to take action and return to Haven to kill the beast that cursed them. Crash reluctantly agrees to go along. Shadow (Crash's girlfriend and Billie's friend), and Angel (Billie's crush and friend), go along too.

Before all of this, Crash's family had taken him in to Crash's delight, and treated him as their own after his parents died when he was eight.

 

As far as personality goes, Billie is a natural born leader, responsible and mature. He was the common sense to Crash's impulsivity; contrasts of one another. Throughout Crash and Burn, he only has one calm, blissful moment; alone in the forest, at sunrise with Angel. Every other moment is spent being tense and concerned about things.

He is plagued by the butterfly effect. He spends a lot of time thinking if he did something different, things would have turned out better.
