......get out of my FACE man, no photos!!
Couldn't catch a break today and got to the 40D late in the piece, I was going to pass on this ODC and then thought I'd 'suck it up' and give it a crack. So on went the hoodie and I stalked around the house looking for a suitable place to shoot. Finally set it up in the kitchen, go figure that, and took quite a few shots before culling them to a select few. It was color for a while before I switched to b/w and added grain, curves layer and reduced saturation in background. Some areas needed dodging / burning and the uneven inner frame was actually done last - probably performed out of frustration more than anything but I felt it suited the overall mysterious tone of the shot.
I'm glad I stuck with the challenge and although it's not my favorite shot it kind of grows on me. It's a big contrast to the earlier Hope ODC image. I told warned you I have a random style!
