The aircraft was restored for flight in 1972. It was damaged in 1977 and went to the U. S. Air Force Armament Museum in the early 1980s. It is displayed as World War II "Expected Goose" of the 463rd Fighter Squadron, 507th Fighter Group. (Source: U. S. Air Force Armament Museum)
