First Homemade Sushi!

First attempt at oshizushi (pressed sushi) and inarizushi (fried tofu pouches). The Tuna & Cucumber were really good, and the Eel & Avodaco tasted great, but did not stay together too well. But, all in all, it tasted great and I will do this again. But I need a much sharper knife!
