My Uncle Ted (aka. Pudding Ted) always makes the best desserts. Since he suffers from Coeliac disease, everything he makes is gluten-free. Gluten certainly isn't necessary to make insanely delicious desserts!!! This almond brittle chocolate ice cream bombe and upside down apple cake are two of his masterpieces :)
