Equal Before the Law
Interesting conceptual sculpture that stands between the new Toronto City Hall and the Law Society of Upper Canada's stately premises at Osgoode Hall. The idea is that in the eyes of the law, the lion and the lamb are weighed perfectly equally. [What a concept.] The piece is by the Tornoto artist Eldon Garnet (b. 1946), and was unveiled in 2012.
