Cask-conditioned Cantillon

As the evening progressed, the beers kept on getting better and better! This traditional "Gueuse" beer was fruity but not sweet, smooth and mellow and evenly balanced, with a great palate and "nose". (Cantillon is a famous small Belgian brewery that has been making this style of beer since 1900.)
