Cajon Pass from Panorama Pt 3-9-14

At the middle left you can see the Cajon (ka hone) Pass which is one of two passes through the mountains into the Los Angeles Basin. This route drops into San Bernardino (Hwy 215) where it connects with I-10 West to Los Angeles. The San Gabriel Mountains are on the left side of the pass and the San Bernardino Mountains are on the right. The picture is shot from Panorama Point in our town of Redlands, CA.
