Extract from the book - "Llandudno. - Rightly is Llandudno styled The Queen of Welsh Watering Places, and perhaps there are few health resorts anywhere which possess more attractions or a greater variety of scenery... All the requirements of a first-class summer and winter resort are here provided, and rail or coach or steamboat give easy access to innumerable places of interest..."
