Soviet Toilet Paper

Couple of Soviet (Sandpaper type of surface) Toilet Paper rolls. The marketing is very pragmatic, the numbers indicate the size of the roll a.k.a lengt in meters probably. Purchased in Minsk, Belarus January 2016. Surprised that they still make them, but some regimes apparently feel rather nostalgic to Soviet era and also GOST standards.
