Green Iguana
Green iguanas are an invasive species. Their normal range is from Brazil to Mexico. Due to the pet trade they have spread throughout Florida, Texas, and Hawaii. Growing to about 5 feet long they can undermine sidewalks and foundations with their burrowing. I saw more of them than ever on our recent visit to Florida. They do make an interesting photo subject, however, with their wildly patterned scales and colors.
