Chelsea Stacked Cars

The stacked cars of Chelsea suggest a time in the perhaps not-too-distant future when we'll lose our dependence on these vehicles and find alternative ways of transporting ourselves in the city. The High Line, a unique walkable space that actually connects parts of Manhattan's West Side, is a step in that direction.
