Honestly, I have no idea of what. I've seen these things floating around on eBay, and came across these three for pretty cheap months ago, but I cannot seem to find a manufacturer for these figures.
They are hollow plastic with basic articulation (think 1980's action figures). The sculpting on the muscles is actually quite nice, and the Gi worn by Ryu, Ken, and Akuma aren't bad.. facial sculpts on the other hand aren't the greatest, though Akuma is surprisingly acceptable.
I couldn't even find a date of manufacture on them anywhere, but my guess would be 1996 or so.. whenever Alpha 2 actually came out in the arcades.
