The Friday before Memorial Day I set some flowers out. This section is the Olsen family.
The big upright stone was my Great Uncle Floyd Olsen who went off to WWI in a group of 5 young men. My Grandfather David Vincent was in that group also. Floyd died in Ft Dodge during the 1918 Flu epidemic. Grandfather David came home and married Margaret Mable Annis and raised 12 children. I hope to someday find out who those other 3 young men were. To the left are Floyd's parents Tina and Chris Olsen and his brother Samuel Edward Olsen and wife May Amanda (Carisch) Olsen.
