messing around at work again. took a while to set this one up. at suggestion of a friend. i will explain the work that went inti setting this one up.

 

i first had to search for a metal rod that was long, straight and thin enough for the forceps to clamp onto.

 

i then located a box of old forceps. i knew they were around, just had to find them.

 

looked around for something to use as a black background.

 

then i had to figure out how i was going to get the rod to stick straight out at me.

 

i found a wire cart anf taped the black construction board to it. popped a hole on the constuction board and pushed the rod through.

 

once i had the rod and backdrop in place i started to clamp the forceps on to the rod spacing them an inch apart and spiraling them around the rod. it took about thirty clamps to get ti this. all in all it took me about an hour and a half to complete the set up.
