Geysir

The tiny figures on the right really are human beings. The column of hot steam in the middle really is that tall. The Geysirs are bigger than the sky, bigger than the earth, bigger than the giants of myth. But just one second after this photograph was taken, it had dispersed, like the clouds of steam in the background, and was gone forever.
